Studio East Photography

GENERAL
The placing of an order or booking by a client, and the acceptance of that order or booking by Studio East Photography bring into being a contract on Studio East Photography terms and conditions
PRICES
The price payable by the client for the execution of any order or booking shall be in accordance with Studio East Photography price ruling at the time of acceptance of the order or booking. Studio East Photography reserves the right to alter its price guide at any time without notice
PAYMENT
Payment terms shall be cash with order or booking or cash on delivery. For weddings, the deposit is paid with completed booking form, this is non refundable. And the balance is paid two weeks prior the wedding date, by cash or cheque made payable to Studio East Photography. Orders will not be completed until payment is received.
LIABILITY
Studio East Photography will not be liable for any lose or damage to any clients materials or orders. Also any accidental damage caused by any equipment used owned or hired.
COPYRIGHTS
It shall be the responsibility of the client to ensure that all materials presented for processing, printing, copying, duplicating, restoration or any other process of reproduction, are free from third party claims for breach of copyrights or licence. The client acknowledges that the breach of copyrights in the coarse of trade or business is a civil wrong and a criminal offence under the terms of the copyrights act 1988. This applies to any work produce by Studio East Photography, digitally created or originally taken photographically.
DELIVERY
Completed orders will normally be hand delivered within 15 mile radius of Lowestoft for deliveries over this radius post and package will apply. Next day delivery by carrier can be arranged, where and when applicable Studio East Photography will charge for postage, packing delivery. Studio East Photography shall not be liable for any loss or damage occurring while the completed materials are in transit. On delivery the client shall inspect the completed materials and within five working days of delivery notify Studio East Photography of alleged defect, the client will return all materials paperwork within seven days, if the client fail to notify Studio East Photography, Studio East Photography will presume order is OK.
